Hej!

Ich suche nach Hilfe bei einem Projekt.

Worum geht’s?

Ich beschäftige mich mit der Modellierung von Zusammenhängen in Organisationsstrukturen. Ziel ist es, ein Framework für Projektorganisation zu entwickeln – eine Art „Projektmanagement-Programmiersprache“.

In einigen Monaten möchte ich mich entscheiden, ob ein kleines Start-up daraus werden kann; Bisher ist es ein Freizeitprojekt für mich.

Ich bin berufstätig und mir fehlt leider in erster Linie Zeit, um das Konzept auszuarbeiten und einen Prototypen umzusetzen – daher suche ich Unterstützung!

Was dich erwartet:

·         Du arbeitest konzeptionell an der Entwicklung des Frameworks mit

·         Du unterstützt beim Erstellen eines ersten Prototyps – noch nicht perfekt, aber funktional.

 

Was du mitbringen solltest:

·         Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

·         Motivation und Lust, dich in ein neues Projekt einzudenken

·         Interesse an Projektmanagement/ Organisationsstrukturen/ Programmierung

Idealerweise bist du Student und hast Interesse, das Projekt als Abschlussarbeit zu nutzen
Nice to have:

·         Interesse an oder Erfahrung mit Graphentheorie

·         Coding-Erfahrung

·         Erste berufliche Erfahrung

·         Mittelfristiges Interesse an der Gründung eines eigenen Startups wäre ein Plus

I’m looking for support with an exciting project.

 

What’s it about?

I am working on modeling relationships within organizational structures. The goal is to develop a framework for project organization – essentially a kind of “project management programming language.”

In a few months, I will decide whether this project has the potential to become a small startup. For now, it remains a personal side project. Since I work full-time, I mostly lack the time to refine the concept and develop a first prototype – and that’s where you come in!

 

What to expect:

You will contribute conceptually to the framework’s development
You will help create a first prototype – not perfect yet, but functional
What you should bring:

Independent, structured way of working
Motivation and curiosity to dive into a new project
Interest in project management, organizational structures, or programming
Ideally, you are a student and interested in using this project for your thesis
Nice to have:

Interest in or experience with graph theory
Coding experience
Initial professional experience
A mid-term interest in founding a startup would be a plus
What I can offer:

Unfortunately (not yet) wealth, but I would like to fairly compensate your efforts
A lot of freedom to contribute your own ideas and help shape the project
Flexible working hours
2–3 hours per week
Regular check-ins (in person or online, approx. 45 min/week)
The initial duration is planned for 4–6 months, with a start in April 2025.
